退/换货

葡萄酒不能退货。除瑕疵葡萄酒外，已购买的商品将不提供退货/换货服务。如果您收到不正确、损坏或有质量问题 ，请在收到通知后尽快与我们联系。我们的客户服务代表将为您更换。

当承运人提货时，所有物品的所有权和责任转移给客户；年份可能不是产品描述页面上实际列出的，如果这是您的问题，请在购买前联系我们。

如果未列出，产品尺寸为750毫升。否则将被标注。

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Wines cannot be returned. No returns/exchanges will be offered on items that have been purchased EXCEPT DEFECTIVE WINES. If you receive bottles that are incorrect, damaged, corked or flawed, please contact us as soon as you notice, our customer service representatives will organise a replacement or credit .

TERM AND CONDITION

Title & liability for all items passes to customer when the goods are picked up by the carrier; the vintage may not be what is actually listed on product decription page, if this is an issue for you, please contact us before purchasing.

Product size is 750ml if its not listed. otherwise will be noted!
